How much does RxtoMe Cost?

Nada, Zilch. RxtoMe is Free. No extra costs to you guaranteed.

What geographical area do you cover?

RxtoMe provides access to a Network of Licensed Pharmacies across the United States in 50 states. RxtoMe does not currently offer its services in Canada but intends to do so in the near future. There will be NO cross border shipping available.

Do I need to be online to use RxtoMe?

You will need to be online through either Wi-Fi connection or 3G, LTE connection to sign up. Once this process is complete you’re good to go and you will be able to receive phone notifications as well.

How do I sign up?

As a User: That's easy. It will take you less than 2 minutes. All you'll need to do is complete your profile and Voilà.... your request is sent directly to one of the licensed pharmacies using our software. The pharmacy will then call you and verify your prescription needs with your healthcare provider and deliver your prescription if everything checks out.

How long will it take to deliver my prescriptions?

Once you have created your profile and submitted your request, a licensed Pharmacy using the RxToMe Platform will reach out to you, and/or your existing pharmacy and/or physician to verify your identity and prescription to complete your request. This process can take a few minutes to a few hours depending on the scenario.

Can prescription orders be delivered on weekends?

Not always, as most pharmacies using our platform have a reduced staff on the weekends. However this is where our technology platform ensures you are connected to a licensed pharmacy in real time and match you to the pharmacy that is most likely to respond to your request faster.

Is there any limitation on medicine delivery?

Yes, the pharmacies utilizing the RxtoMe software will only deliver medicine in the US. There is no cross border shipping available. There may also be restrictions on schedule II to V controlled substances. If your request is unsupported, one of the pharmacies in your network will reach you to let you know as soon as possible.

Is there any pharmacy outside of country allowed to access my information?

No, due to the US Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Canadian Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) regulations and our security best practices, only approved and licensed pharmacies in our network located in your Country of residence will have access to your information.

How does your system process my request?

We make that simple. Just complete your full profile during sign up and information on your needs and our platform will identify the most compatible licensed pharmacy located in your Country of residence. A licensed pharmacy using our platform will then verify your request with your care provider/pharmacy and process all the paperwork required, and send your medicine if you are eligible.

Can you accept prescription orders in the RxToMe platform?

Does RxToMe or the Pharmacy deliver my prescriptions?

Do you contact me if you cannot fulfill my prescription?

If none of the licensed pharmacies in our network is able to fulfill your prescription they will try their best to contact you via phone, email, or send a notification as soon as possible.

Why do you need to validate my information if I already provided it to you?

The licensed pharmacies in our network are required by law to verify your identity before dispensing any medication. They will also validate the authenticity of your prescription by contacting your clinician, or the last pharmacy that refilled your prescription to ensure dosage and safety.

Is RxtoMe a Pharmacy?

No, RxtoMe is not a Pharmacy. RxtoMe is a platform that connects consumers with top rated and licensed pharmacies across the US, so you can get your medication delivered to your door.

Billing and Insurance

I use insurance to pay for my medication. Can I pay with my insurance?

Yes, your medication can be paid for with your existing medical benefits insurance. A Licensed Pharmacy in the RxtoMe Network will contact you to verify co-pays, if any, before the order is processed.

What insurance plans do you accept?

Through the RxtoMe Pharmacy Platform you will be able to connect to a vast network of licensed pharmacies combined, which means that they can service nearly all insurance plans including Medicare part D, Medicaid and commercial insurance plans in USA.

How do you bill me?

Upon submitting your information, the pharmacy you are connected with will contact you to verify your identity and complete the transaction using their pharmacy billing system. RxtoMe does not bill insurance or credit information.

Security

Is my prescription and insurance information secured?

Yes, our systems utilize state of the art security and follows HIPAA and healthcare information protection guidelines in US. Only Licensed pharmacies in your country of residence can access your prescription requests.

Who can see my personal information?

Licensed pharmacists and pharmacy technicians are the only people that can see your personal health information.

How do I know my information is secure?

Our fully HIPAA-compliant system protects your health data at all times. Your information is only seen by licensed pharmacy personnel.

Why do you need my date of birth?

The law requires pharmacies to keep your date of birth on file. RxToMe complies with HIPAA and PHIPA regulations and this information can only be seen by pharmacists and pharmacy technicians and staff.

Why do I need to add my mobile phone number?

We ask for your mobile number so that you'll never miss any update or notification from the pharmacy using our system regarding changes to your account, or any other issues that may need your attention promptly.
If you're the caregiver of a patient who has no mobile number, please enter your mobile number and we will contact you instead.
